- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar (cane sugar)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar

- Wash the shiso and cut into thin strips.
- Chop the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- Mince the garlic.
- Mince the onion.
