  3. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, half the cilantro and the chicken to the skillet and stir well. Heat over medium high heat until the sauce comes to a boil and then reduce to low heat. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Top with the remaining cilantro and serve over rice.
