When finished let cool then blend until smooth. Put the peri peri sauce into a bowl,cover with clingwrap and store in the refrigerator overnight.
- Wash the chicken thoroughly and wipe dry with kitchen towel, cut the chicken like a butterfly. Place on a baking sheet and coat with peri peri sauce until evenly. Let stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to a temperature of 200 degrees C. Put into the oven the peri peri chicken and let stand for 30 minutes.
