- When meat becomes tender and water start dry add yogurt.
- Do bhoonai and well so that oil separates.
- Now leave it for 10 minutes and check the meat. If it becomes tenderize then turn off the flame.
- Note: In stew we used beef with some Rogan (rivaj) as it gives the best taste and look.
