  1. For the stew or rojo la biryani as we call it ;

  8. Throw in the fried potatoes and deep fried onions and let it cook till ready as per your desire.
  9. For the rice ;
  10. In a pot add in water, oil, salt and rice.
  11. When water is almost drying up pour in the food color all round and let it cook till water dries up.
  12. Serve your biryani and enjoy!
